Refund Policy

At Gadgetly Hub, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make the process simple, fair, and stress-free. Please read the policy below to understand how refunds and returns work on our store.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You may request a refund or return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item does not match the description provided

  • You want to return an unused product within the allowed return period

To be eligible, products must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • With original packaging and accessories (if applicable)

We may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Return Window

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery (EU consumer law compliant) to request a return or refund.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty:

  • Opened electronic accessories

  • Software or digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidental handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (when clearly labeled)


    4. Damaged or Defective Items

    If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
    We’ll request photos or videos to assess the issue and provide:

    • A replacement

    • A repair (if applicable)

    • Or a full refund

    We cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.

    5. Return Shipping Costs

    • For defective, incorrect, or damaged items → Gadgetly Hub covers the return shipping.

    • For voluntary returns (changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.) → The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service for voluntary returns.

    6. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

    If approved:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    • Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

    Shipping fees (if originally charged) are non-refundable for voluntary returns.

     

    7. Order Cancellations

    You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
    Once the package is in transit, it must follow the normal return process.

    8. Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item for a different variation or replacement, contact us and we’ll assist you case-by-case.
